Hey Friend!
If you serve in a preschool, kids, or student ministry, you've probably wondered how other churches do it. How far ahead do they plan? How often do they train volunteers? What actually gets parents engaged? Who gets paid for this work, and how much? Most of us answer those questions with guesses and a few conversations. Today we're starting something to change that. It's called Grow Research, a movement to understand ministry — church leaders helping church leaders see what's working, what's hard, and where things are heading. It starts today with the inaugural State of Ministry survey.

| ADD YOUR MINISTRY
| And we're saying thank you in a big way. Answer every question and you're eligible for the inaugural giveaway. Three leaders win $1,000 to use for your ministry, and three more win lifetime access to Grow Curriculum and every resource and tool we ever make. There's one of each for a Preschool, an Elementary, and a Student Ministry leader. That's six different winners, drawn after November 30.
Here's how it works: - You add your ministry. 43 questions, about ten minutes, and completely anonymous. Your answers save as you go.
- We count to 300. When 300 leaders have taken part, the full dataset unlocks for everyone who did. You'll be able to explore every question and see ministries like yours by church size, role, setting, and region.
- It keeps growing. The dataset updates with every new response, and the survey returns every year.

| Everyone who finishes also gets our free resource library for Preschool, Elementary, and Students. It's yours to keep.
This is a group project, and it works best when every age group is in it. If someone else at your church leads preschool, kids, or students, would you forward this to them?
Thanks for being part of the first one, |
